altThe winters in Dublin can get very extreme and harsh, so it is advisable to visit during the summer or spring months. Peak tourist months are July and August. May, June and September are also favorable months to visit since it is less crowded and more hotels are available. There are also many art festivals and cultural happenings at this time. The weather is great and you will get better deals during the latter months. Winter isn’t recommended since it gets dark pretty quickly and many of the monuments and attraction sites are closed.
