Peak Trams Hong KongThese are cable trams which take tourists from Central district to Victoria Peak. They run from 7 am to midnight and the charges are HK$ 20 for one way and HK$ 30 for return for an adult. For children (ages 3 to 11) the rates are HK$ 6 and HK$ 9 for one-way and return respectively and for senior citizens (above 65) the fare is  HK$ 7 for one-way and 14 for return trip. Octopus cards are accepted.

Note: The Octopus card which can be bought easily (for details call +852 2266 2222) is an electronic prepaid card which allows you to travel in any form of public transport. The balance of unused amount is refunded with the security deposit.
