Bus

(0 votes, average 0 out of 5)
ImageThough this is one of the slowest methods of transportation, it may not be such a bad idea if you want to tour the city and get to know some neighbourhoods. Bus stops are almost found everywhere, with each stop being in a two or three block proximity from one another. The cost of a one-way ride is $2 and can be paid using a token, metrocard, or by paying the exact fare with exact change (you will not receive change from the driver so make sure you have the correct change). Buses operate 24 hours a day.
